How does pricing work?
Staging, cleaning, landscaping, signage, and listing preparation are quoted for the property. Photography packages and availability are confirmed before booking. No work begins before you agree the scope and price.
What if the listing date changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. We review the sequence, confirm what can move, and keep the preparation plan aligned with your dates.
Who coordinates property access?
We agree access with you before the work is scheduled, including any lockbox installation you need. Share access arrangements directly with the team; the project form does not need entry codes.
Do you work in my area?
Start with the property address. We confirm coverage and availability before preparing your quote.
What happens after I send a project?
Your request is saved with a reference number. We review the property, confirm availability, and discuss the scope and next steps with you. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.
